Personal data collected through the site (account creation, subscriptions, support) is processed by ASHENGEN FZCO, as data controller, for the following purposes:

• -improving the offer, from optional answers to the questions asked in the terminal and in our emails (what holds you back from trying the Pro plan)
• -reviewing applications to the partner program, from the connected Whop account (identifier, username, name, email address) and the contact address provided
• -replying to messages sent through the contact form, from the message, the email address, the page and browser it is sent from and, for a signed-in account, the account and its plan

Marketing: free account holders may receive e-mails presenting the Pro subscription. Every message of this kind carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and the objection takes effect immediately, with no reason to give and no delay. E-mails about the account and the subscription - sign-up confirmation, welcome, reminder before a charge, cancellation - are not marketing and keep being sent as long as the account exists.

The site uses technical cookies, which keep you signed in and remember your chosen language. It uses no audience measurement or marketing cookies.

The site measures its traffic with Umami, a tool that sets no cookies: page views, clicks on the sign-up and subscription buttons, where visits come from, browser, device type and country, as aggregated statistics. No IP address is stored, no profile is built and this data is combined with nothing else; it is used only to improve the site. Administration pages are not measured.

When a visitor arrives through a partner's link, a cookie stores that partner's name for 30 days, to apply the offer attached to the link and to link the account created afterwards. It holds no information about the visitor and is deleted once the account is linked. Separately, the number of views of each partner link's page is counted per day, with the page language and the site the visit came from, without cookies or IP addresses, to measure what each partner brings.

Preferences can be managed through your browser settings.

Deleting cookies may limit certain features.

The payment form, provided by Whop, may use its own cookies.

The video players embedded in the terminal are provided by YouTube: see the "YouTube videos" section.

The terminal's live videos (news channels, live remarks and broadcasts) are embedded YouTube players, provided by YouTube, a Google service. They load in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which limits what YouTube stores on the device.

When a player opens, the browser's IP address and technical information are sent to YouTube, which processes them under its own policies, possibly outside the European Union. FeedSniffer receives no data about its users from YouTube.

To know whether a live stream is on, the terminal uses YouTube API Services. By watching these videos, users agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

All content on the site is protected by intellectual property law, including:

• -trademarks
• -logos
• -documents
• -layouts

Any reproduction or distribution without the written authorization of ASHENGEN FZCO is prohibited.

Published information is provided for information purposes only, with no guarantee of completeness or accuracy.
